about
Jesus said, "Anyone who has put his hand to the plow and then looks backward is not fit to be a part of the Kingdom of God." When I heard this in the story I was convicted. I had to ask myself, "What kingdom are my eyes fixed upon?" I realized it wasn't God's kingdom I valued it was my "limited time only" kingdom that had my urgent attention. I wrote myself a happy tune to remind me that giving up my kingdom for His is freedom.

lyrics
My hand is on the plow
now there is no looking back, no looking back
no need to say goodbye
to all that's left behind, leave it there behind
Why do we wait if he's already here?
While today is still today
let us walk his way
Time to renew my mind
an let the old one resign
they can't intertwine
My body is your habitat
I got a bad habit of forgetting that
Why do we wait if he's already here?
While today is still today
let us walk his way
