about
“In relation to the story of Jesus being lead into the wilderness, I felt God calling me from my hometown of San Diego, to Tacoma, Washington. This was my wilderness. I had stepped out in blind faith to a place where I didn’t know many people or how I was going to provide for myself. It was in this unfamiliar place where I heard God speaking. I held on to God’s word like Jesus did when he was being tempted in the wilderness. It was His words that provided life during this time of struggle”

lyrics
What lies ahead there in the forest? • It all seems so blind • I thought ‘this ain’t my kind of thing’ • I went anyway into the forest • and there lied a glimpse • I haven’t been the same, ever since • At first it seemed crazy • Like the coldest of winter • It’s here I became, alive • Changing my form like a butterfly • From rest we come resounding • and now I play heavenly • At first it seemed crazy • Like the coldest of winter • It’s here I became, alive.
